You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes in accordance with these Terms.
4.2 Prohibited Conduct

5. Intellectual Property

All content available on the platform, including but not limited to video recordings, instructional materials, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the exclusive property of Core Sphere or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
5.2 Limited Licence
Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership right in platform content to you. The limited licence granted under Section 4.1 does not include the right to download, archive, or redistribute any content unless explicitly permitted in writing.
5.3 User-Submitted Content
If you submit, upload, or otherwise contribute any content to the platform, you grant Core Sphere a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content in connection with the operation and promotion of the platform. You represent that you hold all necessary rights to grant this licence.
6. Payments and Subscriptions
6.1 Fees
Certain content or features may require payment. All applicable fees will be displayed prior to purchase. By completing a purchase, you authorise us to charge the stated amount using your selected payment method.
6.2 Billing
For subscription-based access, fees are billed on a recurring basis according to the billing cycle selected at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
6.3 Refunds
Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our Refund Policy. We are not obligated to issue refunds for partially used subscription periods or for content already accessed.
6.4 Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Where applicable, we will provide reasonable advance notice of price changes before they take effect.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Core Sphere and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
11. Privacy
Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
12. Modifications to the Platform
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time without notice or liability. We may also update, revise, or remove content at our sole discretion.
