Movement is knowledge

Core Sphere is a national online platform where dancers and curious beginners learn technique from professionals who teach with precision, not performance. Every masterclass is structured around what your body actually needs to understand, not just imitate.

Lead Dance Instructor

Bridget spent fourteen years performing and teaching across Melbourne and Sydney before moving her work online. She focuses on Latin and ballroom foundations, specifically the weight transfer mechanics that most beginners get wrong for years.

Tomasz trained in Warsaw and later worked with several independent companies across Europe before settling in Brisbane. His approach to floor work and spinal articulation has influenced how we structure the more advanced module sequences on the platform.

Curriculum & Production Team

Behind the camera and behind the edit

Our small production team handles filming, editing, and the instructional structure of every class. They work directly with each instructor before recording begins - reviewing lesson plans, testing camera angles, and making sure the final video shows what a student actually needs to see, not just what looks good on screen.

Core Sphere started in 2025 from a straightforward observation: most online dance content is filmed for entertainment, not instruction. Camera angles that look dramatic often hide exactly the part of the movement a student needs to understand.

We rebuilt the format from the ground up. Each masterclass is filmed from multiple fixed positions chosen specifically to show technique - not spectacle. When Bridget demonstrates a Cuban motion, you see her hip placement from the front and her foot pressure from the side, simultaneously.

Multi-angle filmingEvery key movement is captured from the angle that actually teaches it.

Paced structureModules build on each other - no skipping ahead without the foundation.

Written breakdownsEach lesson includes a written summary of the technical points covered.

Accessible nationallyDesigned for learners anywhere in Australia, at any schedule.

The fifth image in our production library shows a rehearsal session that took eleven takes to get right - not because anything went wrong, but because we kept finding a better angle. That attention to the small decisions is what makes the difference between a video you watch and a lesson you remember.
